E-Learning & Policy Information

E-Learning:

There are 6 mandatory courses that all DLL staff need to complete. If you are new to the Company, then we recommend you do these before your first day as it can be a lot to learn otherwise. The 6 mandatory courses are:

  • Company Induction
  • Domestic Abuse Awareness
  • Equalities Awareness
  • Mental Health Awareness
  • Safeguarding Awareness
  • Welsh Language Awareness
Those with responsibility for food and/or beverages will also need to undertake the Food Allergen Training.


Policies:

DLL has also identified a number of key policies that we need all staff to be aware of. You can find all our staff  policies on the Staff Hub webpage (denbighshireleisure.co.uk/staff-hub), but as part of your e-learning training, you will need to read through and confirm that you have understood the following Policies:

  • Mobile Phone & Smart Device Policy
  • No Smoking Policy
  • Secondary Employment Procedure
  • Social Media Policy
  • Uniform Policy

For those who undertake lifeguarding duties, you will also need to confirm that you have read the Lifeguard Training Policy.
